1.Weaving and welding gold, platinum gold and silver etc. by hi-tech plasma.
2. It is no need for any auxiliary material, for it can complete welding one time upon the chain purity up to one hundred percent, and also make the chain flat and smooth..
3. welding and weaving with high speed, it can weave and weld single-sprocket, cross wire of diameter and double-sprocket wire of diameter 0.19-0.6 mm into perfect and smooth chain one time, at the speed of 200 to 300 circles per minute.
4. As the transmission cams are movable, change their position for different styles of chain.
5. Owing to the liquid crystal display system and data, it is convenient for technological operation.
6. It can continue working for over 100 hours only requiring for argon gas, compressed air and 220V power.
7. The omnibearing oil spraying system functions well in prolong the working period of main parts of the machine.
8. On the basis of the liquid crystal display, chains of different sizes can be welded by current adjusting.
